Well, another adventure in my life. I am glad I have so many, otherwise my motto will be lost in another dimension. I just came back from three weeks with my daughter in Washing State, it was fantastic, lots of mountains and pine trees, and hills, and more mountains and more pine trees, and more hills..... At least the weather was great! Seattle had a record breaking of 29 days of sunshine, imagine that, I believe I brought Florida sunshine with me. I had a great week with my girl and my mom, just us girls, doing nothing but watching movies, and doing a little traveling, my mom got her fill of ferries. Spokane is beautiful and I am glad I was there. We also traveled to Canada, visited Victoria and spent half a day in Vancouver, just another city. But I did like the Gastown district, that was interesting. Among other things, my trip to Europe this year covered southern Spain, and it was fun traveling on the AVE, the high speed train from Cordova to Madrid, too bad my country is too busy with a war to promote traveling in high speed trains, it was awesome. My first time was in Japan when I went to visit my traveling daughter there. Next year I hope it will be my third time, since we are traveling from France to England on the high speed train. Yeah! I just love trains. While we were in Southern Spain, we took a ferry to Ceuta, which is a spanish city in northern Africa on the border with Morocco. Now that was something, I will not go there again, unless I can travel like a millionaire, and stay in the best hotels. Sorry, but the country did nothing for me. Actually I enjoy the mosque in Cordova, it was amazing, but the town that we visited in Morocco, was not exactly what I called a great experience. Maybe Marrakesh or Casablanca would have been different. Overall it was a great trip, and I really loved Sevilla, except that I fell and spent two days with my arm in a sling. The rock of Gibraltar was worth the trip. Amazing to see so many things, I love to travel. Madrid of course is Madrid, no place like it, except San Francisco, USA.
